The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition is a new special edition of the Himalayan 450 series that was recently launched in India at the 2025 Motoverse event in Goa. This edition is named after the Mana Pass, which is one of the highest motorable roads in India. The Mana Black Edition is essentially a visually distinct version of the Himalayan 450, featuring a full matte black color scheme with matte grey accents and rally-style accessories to give it a tougher, purposeful look.​

The Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition was launched in India in November 2025 during Royal Enfield’s annual Motoverse fest. The ex-showroom price in India is Rs 3.37 lakh, making it the top-spec variant of the Himalayan 450 lineup. Bookings have started and deliveries are expected soon, though no exact dates have been announced.​

The Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition shares the same core mechanical specifications as the standard Himalayan 450. It is powered by a 451.65 cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder DOHC engine that produces 40 horsepower and 40 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox featuring an assist and slipper clutch for smoother shifts. The bike’s kerb weight is about 195 kg, with a 17-litre fuel tank capacity.
