The Mahindra BE 6 is another new electric offering designed for urban mobility. It provides two battery options 59 kWh and 79 kWh with the larger pack offering a range close to 682 km as per MIDC ratings. The BE 6 sports a coupe-like SUV design, which appeals to younger buyers looking for style along with electric efficiency. It shares many technology and safety features with the XEV 9e, including electronic power steering, multiple driving modes, and fast charging capabilities (20 minutes to 80% with a 140 kW DC charger).

The Mahindra XEV 9e is priced between ₹21.90 lakh and ₹30.50 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India), while the BE 6 is priced between ₹18.90 lakh and ₹26.90 lakh before discounts. Post-offer, the effective price reduces significantly, making these electric SUVs more attractive for early adopters.

Mahindra has introduced attractive pricing schemes, along with these aggressive discounts, to boost early adoption. While the official on-road prices vary by region, the starting price of the XEV 9e is expected to be in the range of ₹21.9 lakh, and the BE 6 pricing aligns closely with this segment, making them competitive options in the electric SUV market landscape.

These early discounts and flexible financing options provide a great opportunity for buyers interested in making the switch to electric vehicles while benefiting from one of India’s most trusted automotive brands. With safety, performance, and comfort high on the priority list for both models, Mahindra aims to capture significant market share as the adoption of EVs accelerates.

The discounts also reflect broader industry trends where manufacturers are keen to stimulate sales and clear inventory ahead of upcoming electric vehicle launches across segments. Buyers who opt for the XEV 9e or BE 6 during this early phase can expect additional benefits such as warranty extensions and free maintenance packages.

These launches come at a time when India’s EV infrastructure is steadily improving, with broader access to fast charging stations and government incentives to promote electric mobility. The combination of Mahindra’s technology, competitive pricing, and current discount offerings is likely to encourage more Indian consumers to embrace electric SUVs.

The substantial discounts on the Mahindra XEV 9e and BE 6 before their official debut create a compelling proposition for early adopters. These electric SUVs combine practicality, technology, and style, marking an important step in Mahindra’s vision for a sustainable mobility future in India. As the market evolves, these models are expected to play a key role in making electric vehicles accessible to a wider audience.
