Hyundai Motors India confirmed 1 lakh bookings for the new Hyundai Venue, along with the news of the launch of the compact SUV Hyundai Venue diesel AT on March 10, 2026, paired with a 1.5-liter CRDi diesel engine and priced at Rs. 13.70 lakh.
The new venue was launched in late 2025, which crossed 32000 bookings in just one month and 80000 bookings by February 2026. Before this diesel variants of venue offered in HX2, HX5, HX7 and HX10 variants. Now Hyundai giving buyers a mid high diesel automatic option that was not available before.
Hyundai Venue diesel AT is the only sub-4-meter SUV in India to offer a diesel engine with an automatic gearbox.

Hyundai Venue AT diesel variants powered by a 1.5-liter CRDi diesel engine produce 113.9 ps at 4000 rpm of power and 250 nm at 1500-2750 rpm of torque. The vehicle claimed mileage of 17.9 kmpl.
The new Hyundai venue, also available in 1.2 NA petrol, produces 83 ps at 6,000 rpm and 114.7 nm of torque at 4,200 rpm. And the 1.0-liter turbo petrol produces 120 ps at 6000 rpm and 172 nm of torque at 1500-4000 rpm. It is available with 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT automation.
